21-Day Anti-Pathogen Protocol

A gentle pathogen-clearing food rotation that rewires beige cravings and eases kids out of food resistance — one 3-day window at a time.

Daily pooping is non-negotiable. If your child isn't passing 2 cups (10–12 inches) of easy stool every day, this protocol won't land — the old waste is still feeding the cravings. Pause and clear the gut first with magnesium-rich smoothies, prune/kiwi sips, belly massage, and warm baths.

Step 1

The 21-Day Pathogen Clearing Protocol

Each food category runs for 3 days straight before rotating — that gives the gut time to register and respond.

Daily dosing — split into 3 servings/day, on an empty stomach

  • Ages 2–4: ¼ tsp total/day
  • Ages 5–8: ½ tsp total/day
  • Ages 9–12: ¾ tsp total/day
  • Ages 13+: 1–1.5 tsp total/day

Always serve on an empty stomach, then wait 20–30 min before meals.

The Two Anchor Recipes

These two simple blends carry most of the protocol — make them once and rotate the seeds.

Mango Antibacterial & Detox Smoothie

  • 1 large mango (~1 cup)
  • 1–3 garlic cloves (start with 1 and work up)
  • 3–4 tbsp fresh lemon & lime juice

Blend and serve on an empty stomach.

Pumpkin Seed Shake (rotate the seed every 3–5 days)

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds (start small, work up)
  • 1.5 cups organic homemade nut milk or hemp-heart milk
  • Pitted dates (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Blend and serve on an empty stomach. Rotate the seed base every 3–5 days between pumpkin → cucumber → pomegranate → papaya.

Step 3

What to Expect

Pathogen die-off has a rhythm — here's what's normal in the first 21 days.

  • Cravings can spike before they drop — beige food withdrawal is real. Hold steady through days 4–9.
  • Stools may temporarily get smellier, looser, or change color as pathogens clear. That's the pump working.
  • Mood, sleep, and skin can wobble for a few days mid-rotation. Keep hydration up, don't push new foods, and stay on the rotation.
  • By week 3, most parents notice a real shift — kids stop hyper-fixating on the beige stuff and start opening up to whole foods.
